Ability and willingness to travel and work on site regularly and every week among our New York practice locations: Cornwall, Yorktown Heights, Bronx, Stony Point, White Plains
The Person We're Looking For
We are looking for an operator—not simply an administrator .
You should be the kind of leader who notices when hygiene production is declining, schedules have unnecessary openings, recall isn't being completed, collections are slowing, staffing costs are increasing or marketing leads aren't converting—and takes ownership of understanding why and fixing it.
You should be equally comfortable analyzing a practice P&L, coaching an office manager, interviewing a candidate, reviewing a recall program and walking into a practice to understand why its performance has changed.
Most importantly, you follow through and hold people accountable.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
This is not one regional position among dozens inside a large DSO.
You will work directly with the founders and have meaningful authority and accountability for the operating performance of the entire organization.
For an accomplished Regional Manager currently overseeing multiple dental practices, this is an opportunity to step into a Director-level leadership role with broader responsibility, greater autonomy and the ability to help build the operating infrastructure of a growing dental group.
Compensation
Competitive base salary , commensurate with experience, plus meaningful performance-based incentive compensation.
