Job description
Role: Director of Operations - NYC
Bonus potential up to 15-20% of base salary

Duties & Responsibilities
Overseeing a region of 7+ units across the country and traveling up to 50% of the time
Building, leading and developing a skilled and dynamic management team for your region with a focus on diversity and inclusion
Focusing on your teams personal career goals, identifying opportunities and addressing them
Utilizing your deep financial acumen to analyze your regions results and discover opportunities in all financial categories
Working as part of a close-knit Operations department based in NYC
Leading by example to create a best in class guest experience by actively working alongside your teams on the line when visiting your locations
Championing the companys core values of Taste, Transparency and Purpose and helping achieve our goal of becoming the worlds most respected seafood brand
Analyzing sales and controlling expenses, payroll and inventory
Working directly with all departments, including Finance, Marketing, People + Culture, our processing facility and more
