Web Industries in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Director of Operations, NA to provide strategic and operational leadership across Aerospace, Medical, Industrial, and Consumer manufacturing. You will directly lead NA Plant Managers and be accountable for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, capacity, inventory, and employee engagement.
