Job description
Daymon Worldwide is seeking a dynamic Director of Operations (Own Brands) to lead operational strategy across the US market. You will oversee the Business Unit P&L, drive budgeting and forecasting, and ensure back-office excellence in support of growth and client delivery.
The role requires 8+ years in operations leadership with P&L responsibility, experience managing 10+ direct reports, and a track record in consumer packaged goods or retail.
