Responsibilities
Direct daily operations of a quick service restaurant.
Ensure compliance with company standards in production, preparation, customer relations, maintenance and repair, inventory management, team and recruiting, financial accountability.
Deliver high quality products and services to customers.
Collaborate with six high‑level leaders to manage operations and share responsibilities.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills.
Previous management or leadership experience, or a college degree.
Minimum age of 21 years old.
Compensation & Hours
Starting pay: $22 per hour.
Hours: 40–45 per week.
Restaurant is closed on Sundays.
