Job description
Ostbye is seeking an experienced operations leader to own production and fulfillment operations on-site in Minneapolis. You’ll coach teams, build processes, and scale the operation to meet growth with direct reporting to the President/Integrator.
You’ll drive cross-functional improvements, manage scheduling, quality, and costs, and collaborate with Brand & Customer Experience to ensure delivery of promises on the front end.
