Job description
WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a Director of Operations to provide strategic leadership for the Association Real Estate Division. You will oversee operations, drive performance, and ensure high client satisfaction across communities using Vantaca.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in community association management with at least 3 years in senior leadership, and hold CMCA/AMS or PCAM where possible. This role supports governance and process improvements across the portfolio.
