Job description
USHomeBuyers.com, INC in Tempe is seeking a Director of Operations to own the business and translate the CEO's vision into daily execution, building scalable systems that enable growth and long-term ownership.
You'll shadow every role—acquisitions, dispositions, transactions, and marketing—during onboarding, then lead daily operations, run EOS L10 meetings, manage KPIs, and drive a strong, data-driven workflow from lead to close.
