Revolution Technologies in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking an experienced operations leader to guide a broad portfolio of teams focused on Training, New Hire Onboarding, Call Quality & Analytics, and Documentation. This Director will set standards, use data to drive performance, and ensure scalable, repeatable processes across advisor and associate experiences.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize onboarding, improve cycle times, and deliver timely, accurate service.
