Job description
East Coast Facilities, Inc. seeks a Director of Operations to lead a regional division with P&L responsibility and direct oversight of sales, operations, safety, and facilities.
You will manage budgets, coordinate with executive leadership, mentor site leaders, and drive process improvements to meet service and quality goals across multiple markets. Excellent communication and leadership are essential to foster the ECF culture and ensure client satisfaction.
