We are hiring a high-performance Director of Operations to serve as second-in-command to the Agency Owner. This is a dual-role leadership position requiring both personal sales production and oversight of Sales Managers.
Compensation: $60,000 Base + Commission + Bonuses + Up to $30,000 Team Incentives
Total Earning Potential: $100,000+

Responsibilities
Lead and develop Sales Managers
Drive agency-wide production goals
Maintain personal production standards
Enforce accountability systems and performance reviews
Improve operational efficiency and profitability
Execute strategic growth initiatives
Qualifications
3–5 years leadership experience
3–5 years sales experience
Proven production success
Strong business acumen
High integrity and accountability
Preferred
Insurance Licenses (P&C, Life & Health)
Series 65 License
