University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) is seeking a Director of Operations and Strategic Initiatives to lead the Office of Undergraduate Programs (OUP). The role partners with the Associate Dean to translate strategy into operational plans, oversee budgets, and drive continuous improvement in student success and organizational effectiveness.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant higher-education experience, with a Master's degree preferred.
