Job description
Northrop Grumman is seeking a Director of Business Operations 1 to oversee day-to-day operations, drive excellence, and align people, processes, and systems with strategic goals across multiple sites including Plymouth, MN.
You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, implement Lean and Six Sigma, and partner with Finance to forecast needs while delivering improved quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
