Job description
Unrivaled Teamwear in Lenexa, Kansas is seeking a Director of Operations to own the relationships and processes that get product made, moved, and delivered on time. You will coordinate with internal teams, co-manufacturers, suppliers, and 3PLs to keep product flowing.
This role requires strong vendor management, KPI discipline, and cost control, with travel about 30% to sites as needed. You will drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
