Job description
AMIkids, Inc. in Florida seeks a Director of Operations to provide leadership to Youth Care Specialists and direct care Supervisors, ensuring alignment with program operations policies and a safe, secure environment for youth.
The role oversees daily program operations, staff development, compliance with PREA, budgeting, human resources, transportation, food service, facilities, and risk management, including travel and overnight trips as required.
