Job description
Hivemind Capital seeks a Director of Operations to design and scale the firm's operational infrastructure across trading, finance, risk, compliance, and technology.
You will own reconciliation, PMS, and reporting frameworks, and lead relationships with prime brokers, custodians, and banking partners while overseeing 24/7 trading operations.
This role requires institutional ops expertise, strong judgment, and a track record of building scalable systems in a fast-paced environment.
