Job description
GlobalFoundries is seeking a Senior Director to lead Optical Packaging Technology within the Integrated Optics organization. Based in Burlington, VT, you will shape the technical strategy across advanced packaging, optics, and product engineering for the IO portfolio.
You will recruit and develop leadership, manage OSAT relationships, and drive cross-site collaboration in a matrixed global organization while delivering quantifiable improvements in yield and reliability.
