Job description
BD is seeking a Sr. Director, Org Capability & Engagement to lead enterprise organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and engagement strategy. You will partner with senior leaders, shape the listening system, and drive measurable outcomes across the BD enterprise.
The role requires strategic, analytical leadership with experience influencing executives and managing large-scale organizational change, reporting to the Head of Talent Strategy, Learning & Leadership Development.
