Job description
AbbVie seeks a Director of Organizational Research to lead an enterprise consulting practice, shaping vision, strategy, and execution for multi-stage client engagements spanning up to a year. You will oversee Associate Directors and Managers, driving data-driven insights and externally representing AbbVie at conferences and industry groups.
You will collaborate with CHROs and HR leaders, develop client relationships, and guide transformation efforts across culture, readiness, and leadership.
