Job description
Encompass Supply Chain Solutions seeks a Director of Outbound Distribution to lead the fulfillment center’s order processing, picking, packing, and shipping operations. You will develop daily operating plans, drive efficiency, safety, and quality, and mentor managers and supervisors in a fast-growing environment.
You will work closely with Customer Service and Sales to ensure on-time, accurate shipments and continuous process improvements across the pick-pack-ship flow, applying Lean/Six Sigma
