Job description
Coastal Vanguard LLC seeks a Director of Performance Advertising to own paid acquisition engagements across B2B SaaS and consumer technology. You will lead analytics, attribution, and cross-team collaboration with the CFO and CMO, owning the engagement P&L and cadence over a 12–18 month horizon.
The role requires 8+ years in a leading capacity and demonstrated success managing multi-million dollar budgets with measurable lift in pipeline and CAC efficiency.
