Job description
RealDefense LLC in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Director of Paid Social to own and scale our paid social program, with primary focus on Meta and secondary exposure to TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, Reddit, and more. This hands-on, strategic leader will manage a multi‑million dollar annual budget, guide creative testing, forecast performance, and partner with internal and external teams to optimize ROAS.
