Company Description Physician Direct and OR Direct are unique, pioneering information exchange platforms designed to connect surgical professionals with medical technology experts and the companies that serve them. Role Description The Director of Panelist Engagement leads the effort to build and maintain panels of surgical professionals for Physician Direct and OR Direct. The recruiting efforts include following up referrals from current panel members and doing original outreach over platforms like Linkedin and email. The Director also ensures panelists appear at our events and cares for their experiences while there.
Qualifications
Strong communication and relationship-building skills. You should be friendly, outgoing and professional, with the ability to foster warmth and trust among medical professionals.
Creative, resourceful, persistent, results-oriented.
Self-managed;
able to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with team members.
Comfortable with computers, databases and online platforms
Knowledge of healthcare, medical technology, and particularly surgery is a huge plus.
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field;
advanced degree is a plus.
