Job description
Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center is seeking a Director of Patient Care Services to lead, direct and manage high-performance teams with accountability for operations, quality, and customer service across assigned departments and product lines.
You will drive patient care excellence, oversee staffing, budget, and performance improvement initiatives and partner with Magnet-recognition programs to sustain nursing excellence in a busy regional hospital.
