ClearSky Health seeks a Director of Patient Outcomes to shape clinical quality, performance improvement, and patient safety at a brand-new rehabilitation hospital in Eau Claire, WI. This founding leadership role focuses on data-driven outcome measures, care standardization, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will direct PPS data collection, ensure accurate functional scoring, and partner with physicians, HIM, and leadership to achieve excellence in patient-centered care from day one.
