Job description

Baystate Health in Springfield, MA seeks a Director of Patient Safety to lead quality improvement, high reliability, and regulatory readiness. You will oversee the Safety Reporting System (SRS), patient safety event management, RCAs, and reporting to regulatory bodies, partnering with clinical leaders to close gaps and drive accountability.

Requires 5+ years in healthcare quality or patient safety, a BS with active licensure, and strong leadership.
