Job description
Washington Center Assisted Living Program is actively seeking an experienced Director of Patient Services (DPS) to oversee the administrative, professional and clinical operations of the home health care program. This full-time role offers excellent compensation and benefits and requires NY RN licensure with at least three years of nursing experience including supervisory responsibilities in community health.
Ideal candidates will have UAS certification and prior ALP experience.
