Job description
Chesapeake Bank is seeking a Director of Payment Operations to lead the payments ecosystem across ACH, wire, RTP/FedNow, card, and emerging rails. You will own the end-to-end payments roadmap, partnering with AML, Fraud, Compliance and Operations to ensure secure and compliant operations.
This role requires 7+ years in payments and 5+ years of supervisory experience, with knowledge of NACHA rules and instant payments.
