Vaco by Highspring seeks a Director of Payroll to oversee payroll operations for 4,000+ employees in a complex, high-volume healthcare setting. This hybrid role blends four days onsite with one remote day, focusing on biweekly payroll, controls, and reporting.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of payroll leadership, strong NY and multi-state knowledge, and experience with ADP, Workday, Paylocity, or Paycom. Healthcare payroll and union payroll exposure are highly valued.
