Job description
InsurePay is seeking a Director of Payroll Operations in Rochester, NY to own end-to-end payroll connectivity, data workflows, and operational processes. You will drive strategy across integrations, premium calculation, and disbursement, while partnering with product and engineering to deliver scalable, API-first capabilities.
You will lead onboarding with payroll providers, oversee data ingestion and reconciliation, and implement automation to reduce manual work.
