Job description
Lancesoft seeks a Director of Payroll in White Plains, NY to lead a critical payroll function across multiple sites and union groups. This role requires strategic leadership, data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and directing a 3+ person payroll team.
Oversee ERP integrations (Workday, SAP, ADP), ensure timely biweekly payroll and tax reporting, and partner with IT, HR, and external vendors. 7–10 years in automated payroll and CPP certification are preferred.
