Job description
Universal Health Services, Inc. seeks a Director of Residential Services to lead the therapeutic milieu for a pediatric residential program in South Florida.
You will supervise Residential Managers, Milieu Manager and Staffing Coordinator, and work with senior leaders to deliver safe, structured care. You will measure outcomes, develop and maintain program policies and procedures, and ensure high-quality services for residents aged 5 to 17 and staff.
