Osmind is hiring a Director, People Operations to own day-to-day People Operations, report to the co-founder/CEO, and manage our in-house Recruiter as we scale. This role handles performance, manager enablement, employee experience, compliance, and workforce planning with a high-trust, practical approach.
You’ll partner with the CEO to guide growth, design upskilling programs around AI adoption, and drive culture while maintaining efficient HR operations.
