Job description
Hotel Du Pont in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Director of People + Culture to lead HR strategy, recruitment, and employee engagement across the property. You will partner with hotel leadership to drive talent development and a strong company culture.
Responsibilities include overseeing training, performance management, and employee relations programs, plus recognition events and staff communications. This role requires a bachelor’s in HR or related field and at least 2 years as an HR Manager.
