Goodwill NYNJ is seeking a Director of People Experience to lead strategy and operations across staff in thrift retail, social services, and admin functions. You will oversee employee relations, onboarding, total rewards, and culture initiatives while ensuring equitable practices and mission alignment.
The role requires 7+ years in HR leadership, Dayforce expertise, and regular travel to NYC and Northern NJ stores and programs. A strong commitment to inclusion and staff development is essential.
