Job description
Liminal is seeking a Director of HR to build and run the people function across operations and strategy as we scale post-Series A. You will own payroll, benefits, PEO management, HRIS, and office operations across geographies, while partnering with senior leadership on people-driven growth.
You will operate in a hybrid setup from New York City or the Raleigh-Durham area, shaping culture, performance systems, and workforce planning for three business lines.
