Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead all HR functions, drive employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. This role partners with department heads to recruit, onboard new staff, and maintain employee records while upholding confidentiality and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office in a dynamic healthcare environment.
