Job description
Inspiration Mobility Group in Washington, DC, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to build and lead the HR function, aligning compliance, employee relations, and manager coaching with our fast-growing, hybrid organization.
You will own programs, systems, and teams that empower employees to perform at their best, advise the Executive Team on People strategy, and drive compensation design, benefits, and workforce planning across states.
