Job description
The Geneva Foundation seeks an innovative Director of People Operations & Human Resources to translate strategic priorities into a scalable workforce strategy and modern people practices. This hybrid role requires 2 in-office days and 3 remote days weekly, with candidates based near Bethesda, Frederick, Tacoma, or Fayetteville.
