Job description
ReKlame Health is seeking a Director of People Operations in New York City to own the employee lifecycle across clinical and corporate teams. You will unify leadership, budgeting, and HR processes, with a focus on talent, performance, and culture in a fast-growing health-tech environment.
You will manage multi-state payroll, onboarding, and compliance while building scalable systems with a People Operations Manager and a PEO partner. Strong hiring, benchmarking, and advisory skills are essential.
