Levy with University of Oklahoma Athletics seeks a dynamic Director of Operations for Performance Dining to elevate the student-athlete dining experience. You will oversee training table, fueling stations, and performance nutrition programs in collaboration with sports dietitians and athletics staff.
Lead a team to ensure food quality, safety, and service standards while managing budgets and vendor relationships.
