Job description
Long Island Power Authority (LIPA) is seeking a Director, Performance Assessment and Process Optimization to provide strategic leadership for enterprise performance-management, continuous-improvement, and process-optimization programs.
You will design and govern KPI frameworks, lead cross-functional initiatives with LIPA, PSEG Long Island, and DPS, and deliver executive dashboards and actionable insights for senior management.
