Job description
Brown University Health in Providence, RI is seeking a Director of Operating Room (OR), Endoscopy, and Sterile Processing Services to lead the OR and Sterile Processing teams in a Level I trauma center. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance across pediatric and adult cases.
You will drive clinical operations, quality initiatives, and system-wide standardization while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow and outcomes in a high-demand environment.
