Job description
Fitness Ventures (Crunch Fitness) in Visalia, CA seeks a Personal Training Director to ensure the club delivers a high-quality fitness experience for all members. You will lead by example, uphold standards, and drive a culture of punctuality, dress, friendliness and cleanliness.
You will hire, train and develop a strong team of Personal Trainers, achieve department targets including revenue and member retention, and serve as the fitness expert reference for the club.
