Job description
The YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas is seeking a Personal Training Director to lead our health and wellness staff across two branch locations. This role will drive fitness goals for members by developing personal trainers and engaging members through collaboration with all departments.
The position requires strong leadership, coaching, and program development to enhance the member experience and promote wellness across branches.
