Job description
We are partnering with a local client to find a licensed pharmacist for a full-time Director of Pharmacy position at a long-term care facility in Middletown, CT. In this role you will use clinical and operational expertise to ensure the safe distribution of medications and oversight of pharmacy services for residents managing a range of physical and mental health conditions. Minimum Requirements:
Active Pharmacist license in Connecticut required.
Experience in pharmacy operations and leadership, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing settings.
Experience with medication distribution systems and regulatory compliance for long-term care facilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage staff, oversee pharmacy workflow, and ensure medication safety.
