Job description
DIRECTOR OF PHARMACY
Our client, a mid-Atlantic based free standing Children's Hospital has asked us to manage their search for a Director of Pharmacy. Reporting to the VP of Operations, as Director of Pharmacy you will provide strategic and operational leadership managing over 100 FTE's. In this role, you will oversee all pharmacy services for this prestigious Children's Hospital, including Inpatient, Outpatient, Specialty, and Contract Pharmacy programs. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant pharmacy operations, driving clinical excellence, managing fiscal performance, and aligning pharmacy services with the organization's mission and growth objectives.
3 to 5 years of health system pharmacy leadership experience. Pediatric pharmacy experience preferred but not required. Advanced degree, board certification and Residency also highly desired.
