Recruit, develop, coach, and manage pharmacy personnel while promoting accountability, engagement, and professional growth.

Provide clinical oversight for medication management, dispensing, formulary strategy, medication safety, and evidence-based pharmaceutical care.

Build productive relationships with contract pharmacies, wholesalers, providers, and other internal and external stakeholders.

Remain current on evolving pharmacy practice, 340B regulations, compliance requirements, and industry trends.

7+ years of outpatient pharmacy supervisory/leadership experience.

3+ years of experience working with outpatient pharmacy, 340B, FQHC, HRSA, and AAAHC requirements.
