Job description
PharMerica in Gatesville, TX is seeking a Pharmacy Director to lead day-to-day pharmacy operations across locations, drive cost control, and deliver top-quality care in line with regulatory standards.
You will build teams, manage staffing and scheduling, oversee dispensing accuracy, and partner with Client Services and Sales to meet client needs while advancing program initiatives. Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or PharmD preferred.
