Job description
Crawford Thomas Recruiting’s client, a national home infusion pharmacy, seeks a Director of Operations in Oklahoma City to lead branch and pharmacy operations.
You will oversee nursing, intake, revenue management, and business development, manage a growing team, and ensure sterile compounding, workflow, quality, and regulatory compliance. This onsite role offers a base salary of $150,000–$180,000 with retention bonus eligibility and day-one benefits.
